“My name is Christopher Edwards. I’m the Founder and CEO of 313 Cucina—and I’m proud to be from the East side of Detroit as well as from the northern resort town of Charlevoix.

I started in the restaurant business at just eleven years old, and I’ve been sharing great food ever since.

Our customers share our love for fine food and uncompromising quality. That’s why we use Partanna first cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil from Sicily—never seed oils or cheap blends—along with fresh, fragrant herbs, sea salt, and cracked black pepper. We start with the star of the show, premium Stanislaus Alta Cucina whole-peeled plum tomatoes, naturally sweet and grown in Central California. Every product we make is all-natural and gluten-free—because the best food starts with the best ingredients.
